Sr. AI Engineer

Job Description

• Research and evaluate AI technologies that support our product goals
• Design and build AI-driven features using leading platforms
• Collaborate on integrating AI into our web applications
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts
• Work on API integrations with third-party AI tools
• Apply prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and recommend improvements
• Document your work and share knowledge with the broader team

Specification

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1.5+ years working with AI technologies, APIs, or integrations
• Experience building production-grade AI features
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices
• Experience with conversational AI or chatbots
• Solid understanding of web development (.NET, SQL, Angular are a plus)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and/or RAG
• Experience testing and evaluating AI models
